I attended Smart Family training 101, 102, and DH/Psychometrics. In 3 different classes I went from having little to no knowledge about HVAC, to being able to diagnosis complex issues. All of Smart Family’s trainers are extremely knowledgeable with years of in-field  and teaching experience. One thing that stood out the most when you go Smart Family, is Reggie’s style of teaching that gave us time in the class but also gave us a chance to get (our) hands on the equipment to see what you’re hearing about in the classroom. I would suggest to anyone who gets a chance to take a class with them to do it!!

The training at Smart Family was a really informative training. Some information was a refresher for me, but I was able to help others understand the things I already knew. The teachers were great with the information and teaching us about how certain parts work and how certain parts fail.

The hands-on part of the class was a really nice aspect as well. Getting to hook up gauges to the units and really see how they work after learning about them in the classroom. Smart Family academy is a great class for beginners in the hvac industry or even some veterans that need a refresher.
